Job Description
1. Assist the Section Manager & Club's Superintendent;
2. Preparation of Purchase Requisitions, Memos and Tender Documents, Vendor Contracts, Filling and Safekeeping of All Documents
3. Take Minutes for Tender Evaluation Committee Meetings. Risk Assessment Presentation.
4. Handle Staff Matters, Off In-Lieu, Leave Application, Submission of Claims & Staff Certification Programs
5. Maintain Accurate and Reliable Stock Record of all Inventory Items.
6. Assist in the Housekeeping and General Cleanliness of the Store & Workshop Areas.

GCE 'O' Level / A Levels or Diploma In Business, or Other Relevant Qualifications.
Strong In Admin Skills
8:00am to 5:15pm / 8:30am to 5:45pm
Basic Pay $2,500
13 Months Bonus + Variable Bonus

Daily Staff Transport @ MRT, - 7:45AM & 5PM / 5:30PM
