Location: Singapore | Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site
Salary Range: SGD 4,000 – 5,000 / month (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do
Identify and engage new clients in the pharma and agritech sectors.
Build and nurture relationships with R&D teams, CROs, CDMOs, and strategic partners.
Present and position tailored solutions — from APIs and formulations to microbiome data insights.
Translate technical information into compelling business presentations.
Conduct market research, prepare proposals, and support client pitches.
Collaborate with internal teams across technical, regulatory, and operations to deliver value to clients.
Represent the company at trade shows, site visits, and industry events across the region.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
Have 2+ years of relevant experience (excluding internships/National Service).
Are confident in wearing multiple hats — BD, client-facing, and technical support.
Communicate clearly, adapt to diverse audiences, and are comfortable delivering presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.
Are self-motivated, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Hold a degree in biotech, life sciences, pharma, or agritech.
Are open to regional travel to meet clients and attend exhibitions.
