Job Description
• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machines.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle and operate a POS system.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Fast-paced work environment with occasional pressure during busy hours.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
