Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales through proactive outreach, roadshows, and client engagement
Conduct client needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions
Present and demonstrate our public speaking curriculum
Meet sales targets and KPIs in collaboration with the Sales Director
Follow up with clients to ensure class attendance and satisfaction
Requirements:
1 year of sales experience (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of the sales process
Fluent in English (multilingual a plus)
Team player who can also work independently
Must be able to commit on both weekends
