Job Description
· Interaction on manpower/welfare issues
· Prepare necessary document for entry/departure from Singapore.
· Ensure compliance with regulations from relevant authorities.
· Manage/update portfolio/personnel files and certification.
· Prepare employment contracts and other recruitment documentations.
· Knowledge of working MOM work permit online.
· Assist with ad hoc assignments.
· Assist the Fleet Manager.
Job Requirements
· At least 1 year of work experience
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Possess good quality in communication and negotiation.
· Able to work well both independently and in a team.
· Positive and attention to detail.
