Job Description
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels with 1 Year Experience In Front-Counter Admin
Prefers Someone Customer Service Oriented with Good Communication Skills In Front Counter Service / for Hospitality / Tourism / Recreation Organization In Singapore
Rotating Shifts: 6:30am to 4:15pm / 8.30am to 5.45pm / 10.45am to 8pm
Free Staff Transportation @ BEDOK / TANAH MERAH MRT Stations – From 6 am to 11 pm (Daily)**
YOUR DAILY WORK;
Handle Telephone/Walk-In Enquiries Regarding Bookings and Reservations.
Generate Daily Check-In Lists for Security & Housekeeping Info, Record & Follow-up on Lost & Found Items, Ensure Supply of Stationeries.
Provide Guests with Information such as Rules and Regulations.
Raise Billing Requests As and When Required.
Assist on Other Daily Operations Admin Work As and When Required.
