Job Description
This role is ideal for individuals with an interest in finance, sales, including client acquisition, business development, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Account Management – Identify, engage, and acquire new clients while managing and servicing their accounts.
2. Sales Performance & KPIs – Achieve or exceed key performance targets set by manager.
3. Business Development - Expand client base by creating new opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
4. Promote Products & Services – Effectively pitch and present our offerings to potential clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits.
5. Consultative Sales Approach – Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that add value.
6. Relationship Management – Maintain existing client relationships to improve retention and generate referrals, to ensure long-term success.
Skills & Requirements:
- No prior sales experience required – a plus, but not necessary. We provide comprehensive training.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or A-Level in any field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and support clients effectively.
- Genuine relationship-building abilities – sincerity, honesty, and authenticity are highly valued.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to nurture and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent, thoughtful follow-ups.
