ZiChar food stall Cashier

Position: ZiChar food stall Cashier (Template 01)

Schedule: 6 days’ work per week

Working hour: 11am - 10pm (Monday to Sunday)

Monthly: $1600 - $2100

Job Description:
We are looking for a cashier is responsible for efficiently handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area in a food service setting. Your duties include accepting payments, processing orders, assisting with customer inquiries, and balancing the cash register.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly & take customer orders at the counter
• Receive payments and present change to customers
• Portion sauces and pack orders
• Make reservations for customers
• Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations
• Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period
• Preferably with experience in F&B industry
• Accurately process cash, credit, and digital payments using the POS system.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter area.
• Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to management promptly.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Follow all company policies, including cash handling and security procedures.
• Dishes need to be washed 1 day per week.

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of relevant working experience in F&B (至少六个月相关的餐饮行业工作经验)

• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
