Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated and adaptable individuals to join us in training to be Management Associate. This program is designed to provide early-career talents with hands-on experience and leadership development across key business functions. You will have exposure to different departments and prepares you for a future leadership role within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fastrack to management
• Training and certification of professional requirement to run the business
• Collaborate with different teams to gain a broad understanding of the company’s
operations

Requirements:
• Minimally GCE A-Level or Diploma from local polytechnic in any field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
