Job Description

This role requires you to manage the day-to-day operations of a group of car parks and enforcement units. Other duties include liaising with government bodies, contractors and office personnel. As most of our operations are 24-hour basis, the executive may have to work odd hours, over weekends and public holidays at times. The potential candidates must remain contactable for management support after office hours.

Responsibilities:
- Daily Checking and Maintenance of Car parks
- Client relationships.
- Car park Operations audit.
- Daily Operations Admin functions.
- Attend to first-level Car park system trouble-shooting calls.
- Car park Enforcement Investigation and Action

Job Requirements:
- Minimum “O” & “N” Levels/ Equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good leadership qualities.
- Must possess own mode of transport (motorcycle).
