We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives/ Sales Consultant to join our team (Luxury Bag Retail and Restoration Centre). As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, assisting with product knowledge, system input and invoice creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information, answer customer queries, and make recommendations.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-organized and displayed attractively.
Operate and handle transactions accurately.
Process admin & paperwork in accordance with store policies.
Assist video & photos taking and key into system.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
