Job Role and Purpose:
Group Leader (Playtime & Activity)
As an Activity Group Leader, you are responsible for the welfare of a particular age group of children both during and outside activity times to fully support and exemplify the overall company purpose and values of – ‘Keep it Simple’; ‘Know your Stuff’; ‘Give it your all’; ‘Make it Fun’ and ‘Own it’
Key Responsibilities:
1)Delivering high quality activities following our pre-designed activity programme
2)Supervising the group in both on/off-site activities, throughout transition/travel periods, and during dorm time
3)Providing a fun and safe environment for all campers through engaging & enthusiastic delivery
4)Ensuring the company's safety policies and procedures are followed and enhanced throughout each activity
5)Completion of any relevant documents/forms as required
6)Follow & comply with internal safeguarding procedures, ensuring any concerns are reported in a timely manner in alignment with training
7)Demonstrate a positive attitude towards the role at all times
8)Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running and success of the camp
9)Typical knowledge, skills and experience and ability to work in a team
10)You should be an enthusiastic person with lots of energy and a real desire to give an excellent camp experience to each child.
11)Excellent Communicator & Approachable
12)Ability to engage with all age groups and use initiative

1)18 years or older
2)You must be legally allowed to work in the country you are applying
3)Fluent English – spoken, written & reading
4)Additional language skills such as Mandarin, Cantonese etc are preferred but not mandatory
5)Available to work during the school holidays
6)Possess lots of energy and enthusiasm
7)Can demonstrate a passion for working with children
8)Have initiative and ability to work independently and in a team
Location: Singapore
This role will be based at Nexus International School.
Training & Induction (Mandatory):
1)For the right candidate, we offer comprehensive training and mentorship to empower you and increase performance.
2)You will need to attend 3-4 days of mandatory training and an induction prior to the camp. Whilst getting paid to attend!
We ask that you bring bundles of energy and passion…and we will teach you the rest!
