What you will be doing

As a Part-Time Swim Coach at Swish Swimming Sdb Bhd, you’ll play a key role in teaching and inspiring children to develop confidence and competence in the water. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging, safe, and effective swimming lessons to children of varying ages and skill levels.

What you need to apply

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for individuals who meet the following requirements:

● Weekend Availability: We need you to be available for at least two weekend sessions, and each session is 3.5 to 4 hours shift.
● Professional Attitude: It’s essential to maintain a positive and professional demeanor while building strong relationships with our students and their parents. Your ability to create a supportive and friendly atmosphere will make all the difference.
● Excellent Interpersonal Skills: We’re seeking outgoing individuals who genuinely enjoy interacting with people of all ages and backgrounds. Your ability to connect with our diverse community will contribute to a fulfilling experience for everyone involved.
● Calm and Collected: In emergency situations, remaining calm and reacting swiftly is crucial. We value individuals who can handle unexpected circumstances with composure and prioritize the safety and well-being of our swimmers.

Job Details

Job Type: Part-time or Casual
Competitive Pay: Earn RM40-60 per hour after training (experience-based)
