Job Description

Our client from a exclusive premium membership club offering bespoke experiences in entertainment, travel, sports, and wellness is seeking passionate individuals with a keen interest in luxury lifestyles and exceptional guest service to join us as a Membership & Lifestyle Concierge (Senior Executive / Assistant Manager) - Premium Hospitality

Application Processing & Member Records:
- Efficiently process new membership applications, ensuring accurate updates to member records.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Communication & Engagement:
- Regularly update members on policies, upcoming events, promotions, and offerings via newsletters, invitations, and reminders.
- Promote member-exclusive events, fostering engagement through personalized communication strategies.

Special Requests & Event Coordination:
- Handle special member requests, such as booking reservations, arranging private events, and providing tailored recommendations for an exceptional experience.
- Ensure seamless event execution, from initial inquiry to final follow-up, while exceeding member expectations.

Member Relations & Issue Resolution:
- Address member concerns, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, offering timely and satisfactory resolutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Financial Management & Transactions:
- Oversee membership fee collections and process payments accurately.
- Keep thorough financial records of dues and transactions, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Reservations & Facility Management:
- Manage dining, event, and facility reservations, ensuring real-time system updates and accuracy.
- Ensure all service areas maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury.

Member Experience Optimization:
- Continuously assess opportunities to enhance the overall member experience and encourage active participation in events and activities.
- Ensure the concierge desk consistently provides top-tier service, aligning with the organizations high standards.

Record Keeping & Tracking:
- Maintain detailed records of member interactions, membership statuses, and guest visits for streamlined tracking and future reference.

Requirements:

Tertiary education is preferred
Pleasant personality, well groom & speaks well
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Hospitality, Travel (e.g. airlines) industry or customer service focused role.
Experience in delivering high-level service in exclusive club or lounge settings
Work experience in Singapore and/or APAC market is essential
Knowledge in Luxury lifestyle is preferred
Resourceful, independent, possesses initiative and drive
Team player with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities
Strong interpersonal skills
Willing to work on Shift work, including weekends and PH
Work Location: River Valley Road
