Job Description
• Respond to inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Provide services such as facility booking, taxi booking, handling couriers, transportation options, and any additional requests upon demand
• Handle calls and receiving of parcels
• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Ensure that the reception area is always kept tidy
• Other duties as assigned
• Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
• Willing to work at various locations
Requirements
• Excellent organizational skills, demonstrates high attention to details
• A good team player and possess a cheerful personality
• Good communicator and inter-personal skills to interact with customers
• Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
