Job Description
The Head of Sales & Business Development will be responsible for driving and executing our B2B growth strategy. This includes leading a high-performing team, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our footprint in both local and regional markets. The role is critical in shaping how PPP Coffee delivers value to partners and clients while strengthening our brand presence in the specialty coffee space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the B2B wholesale and corporate sales strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across customer segments and geographic markets.
- Set and manage sales targets, forecasts, and performance KPIs to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of wholesale and corporate prospects.
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and onboarding.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of wholesale account managers and sales executives.
- Foster a high-performance, service-oriented team culture.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to customise offerings and ensure service excellence.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and networking platforms.
- Develop and implement a sales CRM system to manage the leads and opportunities pipeline to support data-driven decisions
- Provide regular sales updates, market insights, and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years of B2B sales and account management experience, preferably in the F&B, FMCG, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven success in wholesale or corporate sales, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on execution ability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Monthly Salary Range: S$5,000 - S$8,000 (including commissions)
