Job Description
Lead the design and implementation of effective recovery strategies and processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful recoveries and minimize credit losses.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive recovery strategies and processes to maximize recoveries and minimize credit losses.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and align recovery efforts accordingly.
Utilize data and analytics to identify high-risk accounts and determine appropriate recovery actions.
Monitor and report on recovery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize recovery efforts.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity within the recovery team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, legal counsel, and vendors to support recovery efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recovery operations within a bank or financial institution.
Proven track record of building and leading successful recovery teams.
Strong knowledge of recovery strategies, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience in developing and implementing recovery processes and systems.
