As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you're the warm and welcoming representative of our company. Your role goes beyond just wearing a friendly smile; it's absolutely vital. Your mission is to ensure that every customer feels exceptionally well cared for, and you play a pivotal role in ensuring the front-end of our business operates flawlessly and at its peak performance. Your primary objectives include maintaining our professional image, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring that each customer's journey with us begins seamlessly.

Your daily activities involve assisting new customers with the onboarding application process, promptly addressing their inquiries, managing and incorporating their feedback, and maintaining a professional and organised environment for both walk-in and appointment-based customers.

"The Essential Qualities"

We're seeking someone with a customer-focused attitude, known for their cheerful and welcoming personality. Strong computer skills and excellent proficiency in both English and Mandarin are essential to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients. While we don't have a preference for visible tattoos, we are open to candidates with modest or discreet tattoos. Additionally, maintaining a presentable appearance is highly regarded for this role.

Skills that can bring added value to this role include having prior experience with CRM systems, being proficient in using the Google Workspace suite, and having worked in customer-facing environments like banking front offices, hotels, or esteemed service roles.

Working Hours:

Two rotating shifts: 10 am - 7.30 pm and 10.45 am - 8.15 pm.
Five-day workweek: Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off, and one additional off day during the week.
