Job Description
-- Interior Fit out/ ID Main contractor with numerous well-known collaborated brands such as - Isuzu Opel, Far East Shipping, Farrer Park Hospital, Nanyang Optical, Konica Minolta & More.
-- 5.5 days work week | Location: Kaki Bukit
Responsibilities
-- Conceptualize and develop designs for various projects, which could include interior spaces, furniture, products, or architectural elements in commercial office & residential interior with good presentation skills and client’s service
-- Use creativity and design principles to develop aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
-- Good knowledge and experience in design of commercial/industrial/retails interior fitting out projects.
-- Develop good communication and engagement with the client
-- Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create detailed technical drawings and plans based on design concepts.
-- Ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications in drafting layouts, dimensions, and materials.
-- Transform 3D models and CAD drawings into photorealistic renderings using rendering software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Blender).
-- Apply textures, lighting, and other effects to enhance visual realism and communicate design intent
Requirements
-- Diploma in Interior Design
-- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) for drafting and technical drawings.
-- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, etc.).
-- Strong understanding of design principles, spatial awareness, and aesthetic sensitivity.
-- Well versed in Photoshop, AutoCad & 3D Studio Max, illustrator or others design programs in advantage
-- Mature with initiative to work independently
-- Expertise in layout, materials selection, colour lighting, custom furniture and etc.
