Job Description
* Keep accurate financial records for accounts payable and receivable.
* Record daily sales and expenses in the accounting system.
* Monitor budgets and report variances.
* Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
* Manage payroll for restaurant staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
* Prepare financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually for management.
* Analyze financial data to identify profitability improvements.
* Assist with tax return preparation and regulatory compliance.
* Monitor inventory levels and implement cost control measures.
* Document inventory purchases and usage properly.
* Reconcile bank statements with internal records.
* Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.
Job requirements: -
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* CPA or equivalent certification is a plus but not mandatory.
