Job Description
Good Experience In Logistics Coordination with Administrative Support for Commercial Company
Exposure to Warehouse Management System or Similar Software
JOB-SCOPE:
1. Handles Basic CUSTOMS and TRADE COMPLIANCE Documentations for Importing&Exporting Goods, Including of Invoice Processing, Billing and Reconciliation.
2. Daily Logistics OPERATIONS Coordination with Administrative Support
3. Resolve Operational Issues with Guidance from Senior Team Members
4. Coordinate LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, Ensuring Accurate Scheduling and Tracking.
5. Prepare and Submit Basic CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS
6. Ensure Compliance with TRADE Regulations by

8. Process Invoice&Billing for Local Sales Partners,
