Job Description

As a Facilitator, you will be at the forefront of facilitating workshops, inspiring teams to embrace change and fostering collaborations. We are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to making a meaningful impact in organisations.

What You Will Do:

As a Facilitator, you will play a key role in guiding clients through transitions, with a focus on identifying, developing, and executing organisational and people interventions.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Consulting/ Facilitation: Designing and facilitating training/ organisational development solutions/ programmes, including proposal writing, programme development, and intervention design, etc. to meet the needs of our prospects and clients effectively.
* Project Execution: Working closely with project teams to design and facilitate workshops in Business Transformation solutions in one or more of the following areas: Change Management, Team Development, Leadership Training & Development, and Customer Experience
* Client Engagement: Establishing close working relationships with clients to understand their needs, address challenges, and propose tailored solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
* Practice Development: Contributing actively to the development of our practices by exploring and introducing new tools and methodologies to enhance our training and facilitation capabilities.
* Project Administration: Reviewing project status reports and performing project administration duties to ensure smooth project operations and timely delivery of services.

What It Takes to Be in This Role:

* Preferably ACTA or ACLP certified
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in workshop facilitation and customer experience training
* Demonstrated experience in programme design
* Proficient in MS Office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Confident and quick-thinking skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Customer-focused
Salary:
$5,500.00 Monthly
