Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Representative position offers performance-based incentives for consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. These incentives are designed to reward high performers and encourage continuous growth and success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
• Report regularly on sales performance and suggest improvements to strategies.
• Close sales deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and overall sales and marketing strategies.
• Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with clients to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Research marketing trends and competitor activity
• Monitor client feedback and provider solutions to issues

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Representative or in a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices
