A Construction Public Relations Officer cum Admin plays a dual role in managing public relations and administrative functions within a construction company or project. Below are the key job roles and responsibilities:

Public Relations (PR) Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Communication – Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, subcontractors, and the public.
Media & Public Engagement – Handle media inquiries, prepare press releases, and ensure a positive company image in the public domain.
Community Relations – Engage with the local community to address concerns and promote goodwill for the project.
Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with government regulations, licensing requirements, and public safety communication.
Crisis Management – Manage public relations issues, such as project delays, environmental concerns, or safety incidents.
Event Planning – Organize corporate events, groundbreaking ceremonies, and press conferences related to the construction project.
Social Media & Marketing – Manage social media updates, website content, and marketing materials for public awareness.

Administrative Responsibilities:
Office Administration – Handle office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Document Control – Maintain and organize project documents, permits, and contracts.
Procurement & Inventory – Coordinate procurement of office supplies and ensure proper stock management.
Support for Site Team – Assist project managers and site engineers with administrative tasks.
Reporting & Documentation – Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and official letters.
