Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, setting the tone for their stay.
-Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
-Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
-Anticipate guests' needs and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
-Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
-Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the highest standards of hospitality at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
-Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
