We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive our online sales and digital presence.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our sales efforts in the Life Sciences sector. This role involves managing inbound leads, client relationships, driving revenue, and providing technical guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow customer accounts within the scientific, laboratory, and research equipment space.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients primarily through calls and emails to generate leads and close deals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas using effective sales strategies.
- Provide pre-sales consultation, including product demonstrations and technical guidance.
- Deliver post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support processes.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

Requirements:
- Educational background in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields is a plus but not a requirement
- Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
