Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our sales efforts in the Life Sciences sector. This role involves managing inbound leads, client relationships, driving revenue, and providing technical guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain a vibrant online and offline scientific community.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain community members.
- Facilitate meaningful interactions among members through forums, social media, webinars, and events.

Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, and search engines.
- Coordinate with creative and design teams to develop campaign assets.
- Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve marketing objectives.

Content Strategy & Management:
- Create, curate, and share engaging scientific content, including articles, case studies, whitepapers, and user stories.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure content aligns with organizational goals.
- Moderate and manage community discussions to maintain a professional and inclusive environment.

Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute community events, such as networking sessions, virtual seminars, and knowledge-sharing workshops.
- Partner with industry experts to deliver high-value educational content to the community.

Content Creation:
- Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, website, and email for events.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct demonstrations and provide training to the research community
- Address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Feedback Collection & Analysis:
- Serve as the voice of the community, providing actionable insights to internal teams.
- Collect and analyze feedback on community experiences, identifying areas for improvement.
- Work with the product team to enhance features based on user feedback.

Advocacy & Growth:
- Act as the community’s ambassador within the company and externally.
- Identify key opinion leaders and engage them to promote community growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase community participation and visibility.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biology, biochemistry, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in community management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the life science or biotech industry.
- Strong understanding of scientific principles and the life sciences industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging content.
- Experience with social media management, content creation, and analytics tools.
- Proven track record of organizing and managing events, both virtual and in-person.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability
