This year, we are expanding into Australia, furthering our commitment to delivering high-quality early childhood education internationally.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Regional Operations and Finance Officer to lead the Operations and Finance teams and drive the company's business expansion into Australia. This role will be instrumental in ensuring financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and strategic growth across Singapore, China, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Business Development:
• Report to various stakeholders on the organisation's performance and growth.
• Assist directors in overseeing operations, ensuring a safe and high-quality learning environment.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop partnerships with government agencies, industry associations, and community organisations.
• Identify and implement strategies for brand expansion in Australia, including site selection, licensing, and market positioning.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's expansion into Australia.

Qualifications & Skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in business expansion or financial strategy for international growth is an advantage.
• At least five years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education sector.
• Must hold a Master Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting principles.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance in Australia.
Salary:
$13,000.00 Monthly
