Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to join our growing team in the Financial Advisory industry.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, an understanding of the financial advisory sector and a strong ability to assess candidates’ fit for our team and culture.
$12/hr with the potential for negotiation based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Focus: Manage the full recruitment process for financial advisors, business support staff and other positions as required.

Candidate Screening & Interviews: Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the company.

Scheduling & Coordination: Organise and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth interview process for both parties.

Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed efficiently.

Telemarketing & Outreach: Utilise recruitment platforms, cold calling, and telemarketing to actively source candidates. Build a network of potential candidates for current and future recruitment needs.

Process Improvement: Work with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the financial advisory industry or similar sectors, is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage candidates effectively.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-driven and proactive in sourcing candidates and meeting hiring targets.
Comfortable using recruitment platforms and tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
Ability to assess cultural fit and understand the needs of a diverse team.

Working Hours: Flexible part-time hours, applicants who have flexible availability will be prioritised
