Job Description & Requirements

Maintain and support in-house hardware, software licenses, servers, and network.
Maintain and troubleshoot networking equipment such as switches, routers, intranet/internet, and firewalls.
Maintain and troubleshoot problems related to company servers and in-house systems promptly.
Monitor, investigate, rectify, and update computer virus issues.
Monitor vehicle tracker system
Monitor Inventory Tracker System
Perform daily routine tasks and system operations for LAN/WAN, hardware, and CCTV.
Provide regular maintenance and housekeeping for servers.
Diagnose and resolve user problems on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and IT-related equipment.
Ensure IT systems and facility operations comply with organizational policies and safety standards.
