Job Description
- Delicate knife skills for poultry and fish trimming
- Skilled with yakimono, agemono, sushi/sashimi,
- Good knowledge of Japanese ingredients
- Manage and uphold standards and discipline
- High level of time management skills
- Work under pressure, fast paced bistro bar
- Administrative task - Implement SOP, rostering, costing, ordering, stock taking
Requirements:
- With valid food hygiene certification
- experience in Japanese Cuisines
- With good Japanese Cutting Skillset
Note:
Willing to work Mon to Sat, 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Taxi claim reimbursement)
