Job Description
*Cut various size portions of raw meat by hand with knives or slicer using proper cutting techniques, check weights and place cut meat portions into proper tubs
*Assist butcher team with various responsibilities including system key-in, vacuum sealing packages, boxing items, organizing products, order fulfillment and etc.
*Organizing and managing meat inventory
*Keep equipment and work area clean to maintain health and sanitation standards
*Additional duties and responsibility as assigned
*Ideal candidate will come in with basic knife skills and knowledge of using slicer
*Knowledge of food safety & handling requirements
*Bilingual in English and Chinese
*Reliability and able to take responsibility
*Team work and punctuality is a MUST
