Job Description
• Work with contractors for jobs that have to be outsourced
• Prepare service and calibration reports of the work activities
• Able to advise and recommend to clients on faults/defects and operation of the machinery in accordance with the manufacturer's specification
• Provide technical support and deliver high-quality service standards to satisfaction of customers
• Carry out a risk assessment for each service and observe safe work practices
• Responsible for continual improvement in the Service Department
