Finance Manager Wanted! Shape the Financial Future of Our Prestigious Club

Are you a seasoned finance professional with a passion for precision, leadership, and driving business performance? Join us as a Finance Manager, where you’ll collaborate closely with our Director of Finance to ensure the financial health and sustainability of our esteemed Club.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Finance Leadership: Assist the Director of Finance in planning and executing key financial projects and initiatives.
Team Excellence: Lead and mentor the Finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Financial Accuracy: Review and evaluate financial statements and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and implement strategies for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Insightful Analysis: Provide financial insights to drive the Club’s business performance.
Audit Management: Oversee the year-end audit process, manage impairment assessments, and address audit queries.
Adaptable Contributions: Tackle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Educational Credentials: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA or CPA equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Finance Manager.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous and analytical, with a sharp eye for data accuracy.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
Resilience Under Pressure: Thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines with ease.
