Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Course Consultant to join our team. As a Course Consultant, you will be responsible for advising potential learners on our course offerings, guiding them through the enrolment process, and ensuring their learning needs are met. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to promote courses effectively and contribute to the growth of our learner base.

Responsibilities:
• Provide information to prospective learners about our courses
• Guide learners through the enrolment process, including answering inquiries about admissions requirements, fees
• Conduct consultations and assessments to understand learners' needs and recommend appropriate courses
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract new learners
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrolment data

Requirements:
• No prior experience are required, coaching provided
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion in building relationships with customers
• Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to changing situations
