Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving passenger sales by fostering relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders. Your focus will be on maximizing revenue and increasing brand visibility for the airline in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve passenger sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate accounts, and other partners.
• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and training sessions for travel agents.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and passenger booking patterns to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the airline’s marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Education and Experience:
• Minimum Diploma or 2 years of experience in the airline or travel industry.
• Familiarity with airline distribution systems (e.g., GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre) is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and airline management systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary:
3.000,00 SGD Monthly
