Management Trainee

Roles & Responsibilities

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Working location: Woods Square

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured training program across various departments to gain comprehensive knowledge of company operation
Work closely with senior management to understand leadership functions and strategic decision-making processes
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring company projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion
Undergo regular performance assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement during the program
Rotate through different departments such as marketing, finance, operations, and HR to gain a holistic view of the business
Analyse business challenges and propose solutions to improve overall productivity and efficiency
Prepare reports on progress, business insights, and strategies for department managers and executives
Work with teams on various projects, developing communication and teamwork skills
Engage with clients and customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service
Successful trainees may be offered full-time management roles upon completion of the program, with a career path towards leadership positions

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma and above
Demonstrated leadership abilities through academic or extracurricular activities
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset to evaluate business processes and challenges
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different environments, departments, and responsibilities
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop a long-term career in management
