Job Description

The Customer Service Consultant serves as the main point of contact between the client and the company, acting as the primary liaison for all customer feedback across both business and technical areas. This role is ideal for individuals who can offer a blend of business and technical support, ensuring the ongoing success and continuity of client relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Business
o Play the role of Relationship management with the client.
o Proactively engage customers to ensure their satisfaction
o Understand customer requirements and also effectively communicate company’s product and services offerings.
o Committed in delivering the numbers for Cloud Subscription and Support contract renewal business
o Identify upsell opportunities and manage the delivery with the Project team.

• Technical
o Inform customers about new product roadmap, enhancements
o Own and Track all customer issues all the way through to resolution
o Review issues and progress quarterly
o Self-support technical assistance in managing the client minor requirements without involving the Project Team
Requirements:
• Open to fresh graduates (training will be provided)
• Possession of a diploma in any field of study
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in negotiation
• Prior experience in managing client relationships is preferred
• Some experience in account management and providing basic technical support
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens or Residents
• Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided to support your development
