Our engineering & technical professionals started out as trained electrical, telecommunication & network cable installers. Today they are certi?ed cable support technicians in several products (e.g. AMP, Nexans, R&M, Commscope, Panduit etc.) and are well-rounded installers/technicians with various certi?cations such as CFOI, CFOT, CIT and so on. Equation is very committed to serve customers with the best quality services in installation of IT infra structure cabling, control system for Building Management System (BMS), IBMS, telecommunications, structured cabling (Fibre Optic), Extra-Low Voltage (ELV), radio frequency RF Cabling for mobile phones, CCTV and security systems and maintenance works in Singapore and West Malaysia. Our installations are reasonably priced and we have completed various projects in sectors such as data centers, commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, retail stores and residential areas. Equation is planning its target market from Singapore to the Malaysia industry. This business plan will lay out our goals and tasks to make this transition successful and create enough market share to succeed in this highly competitive market. Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Admin Assistant roles and Responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations in the Company.

Job Responsibilities:

· Answer all enquiries via social media, phone call

· Entering of Data Entry, preparation and generation of cost and manpower report

· Liaising with respective government agencies

· Assist with Management on any ad-hoc duties

. Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8.30am to 5.30pm) with Alternate Saturday off

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels with working experience

2. Experience in data entry would be an advantage

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills

5. Organized, self-driven, resourceful, fast learner
Salary:
1.600,00 SGD Monthly
