IT Technician

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users on Desktops, Laptops, Printers and Smartphones etc.
Troubleshooting hardware related issues and replace parts if needed
Troubleshooting software related issues and apply fix
Provide corrective maintenance to System such as card access, CCTV, security, network, server systems etc.
Perform Install, Move, Add and Change activities
Work with team members in completing job assignments
Follow process to attend assigned jobs and escalate issues
Arrange On-boarding and off-boarding users
Any other tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements:
Strong technical skills in trouble shooting issues related to IT products
At least 1 year of experience with end user support.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows operating systems and business productivity applications i.e. MS-Office
Collaboration experience including knowledge of remote control of PCs
Can work independently
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Able to go onsite and provide support as required
To resolve IT issues at Outlets at shopping mall (orchard area).
Salary will commensurate with experience
