SRE (C&S)

Candidate Minimum eight (8) years of post-graduate experience as a civil engineer, of which at least three (4)
years of experience in heavy civil/ structural engineering works. Experience in Station will be required.
Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board and qualification accredited by Joint
Accreditation Committee of IES/ACES as Qualified Site Supervisor as defined under the Building
control Act.
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience in project management from conception to delivery
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Professional and confident approach to working relationships. Team orientated with the ability to
build strong working relationships with colleagues and peers
Self-motivated and able to work independently when required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, supervisory and client management skills
Solid organisation skills including multitasking and time-management
Demonstrated good presentation and reporting skills
Manage team of the site supervisors
Appointed by QP(S) to be full time on site carrying out the duties of the QP(S)’s roles and
responsibilities as required by BCA
Site supervision/inspection of construction works
Liaise with all parties involved in the project
Monitor and ensure all works carried out as per specification/approved construction drawings
Maintain & control site records as per BCA requirement
Attend site meeting with Authority's Representative and Authority's Appointed Consultant project
staff and assist in preparation of the meeting minutes and presentation
With Station experience is required.
Relevant working experience from LTA project is a must.
