Job Description

Local Polytechnic Diploma In E & E Engineering / Technologies
Working From 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

YOUR ROLE;

1. Team Coordination and Management; Coordinate with Project Stakeholders, Including Sub-Contractors, Vendors and Internal Teams.
2. Manage & Monitor Project Progress and Adjust Plans as Necessary to Meet Deadlines and Budgets.
3. To Liaise with Suppliers on Equipment Model and Quotations.
4. Project Planning & Design; Collaborate with Sales Staffs on Customers' Project Needs and Requirements.
5. Systems Installation Integration; Oversee the Installation, Conduct System Testing & Troubleshooting to Ensure Proper Functionality.
6. Technical Support; Address Technical & Malfunction Issues Provide Technical Information to Service and Operations Team During Project Handover Stage.
7. Documentation and Reporting; Prepare and Maintain Detailed and Accurate Documentation of Assigned Projects, Including Design Plans and Installation Records.
8. Client Training; Assist with System Training Sessions for Clients or End-Users on System Operations.
9. Compliance / Safety & Quality Assurance; Ensuring Compliance Meet Standards & Clients' Specifications. Conduct Quality Assurance Checks.
10. Ensure Systems Meet Performance Standards.To Adhere to Safety and Health Procedures and Rules Documented in ISO45001.
