Quantity Surveyor - 5.5 days

-- General Builder Contractor with impressive track record in private landed housing project.
-- 5.5 days work week | 830am – 6pm / 830am – 12pm
-- Location: Jurong East

Responsibilities
-- Pre-tender & tender duties,
-- Prepare BQ, tender pricing and documents costs estimation, planning, life cycle costing, and quantity take off
-- Liaise with owner, developers, consultants, and sub-contractors
-- Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims
-- Procurement of contractors and suppliers
-- Valuation and assessment of payment claims by sub-contractors
-- Prepare, negotiate, and agree final accounts
-- Review Contract Documents and identify irregularities
-- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager/director

Requirements
-- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
-- Minimum 1 year of quantity surveyor experience in Singapore building construction projects
