OEM Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our OEM business.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with OEM clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the OEM/EMS/CM sectors.
- Strong understanding of the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
- Experience in setting up distribution channels in the Asia-Pacific region is a plus.
