Job Description
Co-ordinate with Service Providers to Meet Customer’s Demand on Vehicles Standards,
Raise Technical Query & Quotations.
Submit Customer Incident Form in System to Address Customer Concern.
Follow Up with Customer and Solicit Feedback on Repair Including Scheduling for Next Service Appointment.
