Job Description
1. Responsible for the entire recruitment process of the company and efficiently complete the recruitment plan.
2. According to the company's development strategy and business plan, formulate human resource planning and promote the implementation of the project.
3. In-depth understanding of the company's operating goals and team planning, combined with business development needs to explore and allocate suitable talents.
4. Responsible for employee communication management, understand employee thinking dynamics, and give positive guidance.
5. Complete the work arranged by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. More than 2 years of human resources work experience, good at personnel recruitment.
2. Have good communication and insight skills, clear logic, and agile thinking.
3. Be passionate about recruitment and have excellent stress resistance.
