Silverback Aircon is looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Aircon Expert to join our team. As an Aircon Expert, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing air conditioning units, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the functionality of different aircon systems. Your expertise in popular aircon parts, troubleshooting, and repairs will be critical in providing high-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and diagnose issues with residential and commercial air conditioning units.
Perform repairs on aircon parts such as compressors, coils, thermostats, fans, and filters.
Conduct regular maintenance services such as cleaning, testing, and calibrating systems.
Recommend repair or replacement options to customers based on assessments.
Keep up to date with the latest advancements in air conditioning technology and repair techniques.
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repair processes and solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an aircon technician or expert.
In-depth knowledge of popular aircon parts, systems, and repairs.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of air conditioning systems.
Familiarity with common brands and models (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, etc.).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Relevant certifications and training in HVAC (preferred).
