Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Overview:
The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, formulating sales strategies, and developing comprehensive solutions proposals. This role requires the ability to identify critical success factors and obstacles in potential deals and to strategically position the company’s value proposition to prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, position, and champion the company’s value proposition to prospective customers.
- Participate in defining and implementing the business strategy for the respective business unit.
- Drive initiatives and strategies to achieve assigned revenue and income objectives.
- Identify, review, and establish partnership arrangements with key vendors to support the business model and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute business strategies for core activities to increase market awareness and share.
- Develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with customers and principals.
- Expand existing business opportunities and identify/create new business portfolios to achieve set business objectives.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and contribute to the performance of core business activities.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Prior experience working with government sector clients is highly desirable.
- Proven problem-solving abilities in a sales environment, including the ability to qualify and close business deals.
- A business-driven individual with excellent customer relationship and people management skills.
- In-depth understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to devise strategies/programs for business success.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to track and manage information, data, and communications efficiently.
- Ability to negotiate agreements and reach consensus at all organizational levels.
- Considerable knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- 10.000,00 SGD Monthly
