Job Description
Dates: 6-8 Sep (Fri - Sun)
Venue: RWS Equarius Hotel Ballroom L2
Attire: Full Black, covered shoes (Semi-formal attire: Collared Short-sleeves)
*All staff will need to report 30 mins beforehand. Break is unpaid, but dinner is provided.
Roles:
1. Premium Showcase Bouncer (12-9pm)
- Guard the Premium Gallery room
- Crowd control, limit the number of people inside & only allow VIPs (those with gold wristbands) to enter
- Need to be able to say no in a polite manner
2. Glass Washer (12-9pm)
- To wash glasses & some plates
3. Networking Area Waiter (1-9.30pm)
- Serve simple F&B, pouring of alcohol / drinks, clearing of cocktail tables and refreshing them
- Assist in Cocktail competition on Saturday
4. Runner
- To assist in attendance taking, refreshing of rooms for the other masterclasses
- Assist where needed
- 3 pax needed, 6 Sep: 2.30-8.30pm, 7-8 Sep: 1.30-8.30pm
