Job Description

“Finance Executive” – Full-Time ** ( Entry-Level ) ** / TRAINING GIVEN / Good Career Advancement Opportunity ***
Computer : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Accounting System.

Salary : SGD 2000 – 2300
Working : 5 Days ( HQ Office )
Hours : 0830 to 0530 pm ( Mondays to Fridays )

FINANCE ADMIN Duties; -

1. Generate Invoices for Company I.T. Services Products Lease Sales – Newly COMM SYSTEM & Modification.
2. Generate Ad-Hoc Invoices for KEY Billing on Our Electronic Digital Products
3. Prepare Documents for Termination of System, including Generate Credit Note to REFUND Subscription Fee and Deposit, Generate Invoices for Dismantling Charges etc.
4. Generate Monthly Aged Account Receivable Report and Prepare Monthly Delinquent Debts Report for Management Reporting.
5. Arrange for GIRO Application to be Sent to Bank for Approval & Prepare Statement of Account (SOA) and Send to Customers on Timely Basis. Update Company’s Accounting System
6. Assist in Coordinating and Resolving Internal and External Disputes Involving Accounts, Including Confirmation of Security Deposit
7. Collected from Customer and Invoice Requests
